Some of you may have struggled to reach your goals or even stopped midway. This time, I'll introduce how our customers have succeeded in their dieting with the guidance of our techniques and knowledge on our 13th anniversary!
Customers who undergo slimming treatments at our salon often say:

Firstly, do you know the recommended weight loss per month for dieting? You might think it's impressive to hear someone lost 10 kilograms in a month, but that approach is prone to rebound.
The recommended weight loss per month is actually 5% of your body weight! For example, for someone weighing 60 kilograms, it would be around 3 kilograms per month.
If you lose more than that, your body enters a state of shock, and homeostasis hormones work to return your weight to its original level, leading to rebound. Rebounding can make it difficult to lose weight and body fat because excessive dieting can reduce muscle mass, hindering fat burning.
Among our customers, some set a goal to lose a certain number of kilograms but never set a deadline, leading to procrastination and ultimately failed dieting.
