- Delivering Happiness to Our Customers
Hello everyone! This is Kojo from Ladyluck.
I am an esthetician striving to deliver happiness through skincare services!
Today, I'd like to share about my specialty, drawn from 13 years of experience and observing over 10,000 clients' skin.
As I turn 40 this year, I reflect on my journey, starting with my troubled, acne-prone skin during my teens. Even as a fledgling esthetician, my acne persisted. Once, a customer wrote a review about my skin, stating, "The esthetician's skin was terrible. Not convincing at all."
This review was devastating, but it prompted me to change my approach. I delved into dermatology, earning a top-level expert qualification from Dermalogica about a decade ago.
Since then, I've honed my skills in counseling and skin analysis, understanding the underlying causes of skin issues.
My clients have seen improvements in their blemishes, acne, and pores, leading to an increase in requests for my services. They now say, "I'll leave everything up to you," boosting my confidence as a professional.
Additionally, learning to select the right products for different skin types cleared my stubborn acne. My clients now compliment my skin, aspiring to achieve similar results.
Previously, I experimented with various cosmetics, which only led to recurring acne. Many clients are misled by abundant information, struggling to find skincare that suits them.
