- How Often to Use Peels?
- Hello everyone!
Many of you might be familiar with the terms "exfoliation" and "peeling." But when do you use exfoliation products on your skin?
Most people use these products when their skin feels rough. Many over-the-counter enzyme cleansers and peeling agents contain minimal active ingredients to prevent issues, and they usually recommend using them only 2-3 times a week, not daily.
At our salon, we use Dermalogica exfoliation products that you can use daily! These products range from 1% to 30% concentration. As skin therapists, we carefully assess each customer's skin and recommend the right peeling product based on their current skin condition.
Dermalogica's peeling products are designed to be effective even for those with acne or thickened skin layers. Using them daily ensures optimal results. Limiting use to only when your skin feels rough or just 2-3 times a week means you’re not fully benefiting from the products.
