- Acupuncture for headache !
- A great many patients who come to our clinic suffer from headaches. Taking headache medication every day can have side effects and the medication can become less effective as you get used to it. What can you do to get rid of this pain quickly? We tell you.
Headaches have two main causes.
The first is a muscle tension headache, which is caused by stiff muscles or small spasms.
The second is a vascular headache, which is caused by blood vessels that are wider than normal.
Thus, headaches can be caused by muscle problems or blood vessel problems. Common headache medicines are simply painkillers. Even if the headache disappears temporarily, it will soon return if the muscle tension is not removed. It is also necessary to adjust poor posture and body distortions.
