- 先日、知り合いで「整形外科に行ったら仙腸関節炎と診断されてしまいました」と言う方がいて彼女はそんなたいそうな診断名を付けらてこれからもその痛みが続き、尚且つ強い痛み止めも飲み続けるのかと非常に落ち込んでいました。なので私が骨盤の歪みや腸腰筋の収縮を指摘し、それらを改善するストレッチ、エクササイズをやってもらいました。1週間程で痛みはスッキリ消えました。まずは痛みの原因が分かると改善方法が分かります。お気軽にご相談ください。
