- “Raising my arm hurts.”
- “I can’t sleep on my side because the painful shoulder touches the bed.”
A guest came to our clinic with these concerns. After checking the condition of the shoulder, it became clear that it was an early stage of Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) a condition that tends to worsen if left untreated.Because the guest visited us in the early stage, the treatment progressed smoothly. I carefully released the stiffness around the shoulder joint and loosened the tightness around the shoulder blade. Within about 15 minutes, the range of motion improved, and the sharp pain eased significantly. When we checked the side lying position again, the guest happily said,
“I can lie on my side now. It doesn’t hurt anymore!”
Early frozen shoulder responds very well to the right care. With 1.2 more follow-up sessions, further improvement is expected.
