- Pain you once gave up on begins to move again.
Yesterday, a guest visited our clinic suffering from severe shoulder pain and numbness caused by sciatic nerve irritation. When I checked the shoulder, it was clear that the pain came from a rotator cuff tear. The arm could hardly be lifted, and every movement caused sharp pain.
By adjusting the surrounding muscles―without stressing the injured area―I guided the shoulder to move more smoothly. After the session, the guest was surprised and said, “I can lift my arm without pain!”For the sciatic nerve issue, I focused on releasing the muscles that were wrapping tightly around the nerve.

This technique alone can significantly reduce numbness.
The guest also had severe stiffness in the lower back and deep hip muscles, which were pressing on the sciatic nerve. By loosening those muscles carefully and realigning the pelvis and lower back, the numbness and pain eased dramatically―more than anything they had experienced before. This guest was familiar with bodywork, which helped achieve such a strong result.
Both shoulder pain and sciatica are conditions many people feel forced to “live with,” but the body often changes dramatically with the right treatment.
