- Neck Pain Gone Before I Noticed
Today a customer came to my clinic with neck pain.
When they turned their head to the left,
they felt strong pain in the lower neck and shoulder area.
The pain had continued for several days.
They told me the worst moment was in the morning when they woke up.
Even after sleeping, the pain did not go away.
When I asked them to turn their head,
the pain appeared immediately.
Many people think neck pain comes only from the neck.
But the human body is more connected than we imagine.
Today I tried a slightly different treatment approach than usual.
As I gently adjusted the balance of the body,
something interesting happened.
The patient slowly moved their neck again and said,
“Hmm… it feels different.”
Then they turned their head again.
The pain was almost gone.Sometimes the body changes very quietly.
The pain disappears almost before you notice it.
But the story did not end there.
The customer also had lower back pain.
This time I focused on the foot,
especially the muscles around the fifth toe.
After relaxing the middle muscle around the fifth toe,
I asked the patient to move their back again.
They looked surprised and said,
“My back pain is gone too.”
The human body is amazing.
Neck pain does not always come from the neck.
Back pain does not always come from the back.
Sometimes the answer is in a completely different place.
Moments like this remind me why I love my work.
