- 日本には色々な整体院がありますが、整体は体を整えると書いて整体と書きます。その為基本的には整体は骨格を整えたりするのに特化していると考えています。
ストレッチに関しては私たちは骨格を支える筋肉【骨格筋】を中心に施術を致します。姿勢が悪い状態は骨格筋が固まってしまい、骨格を引っ張る事によって姿勢不良を引き起こします。
その為私たちはまずは骨格筋の柔軟性を十分に高める事に特化した施術を行います！
