- ■あちこちタッチ:
背中合わせでピタッと立ち、「下から！」「横から！」「上から！」と声をかけ合って手をタッチ。軽く前屈や捻りなどを組み合わせ、全身がスッキリ伸びるワクワクストレッチ！
■座って引っ張りっこ:
向かい合って座り、足の裏をピッタリくっつけ、腕を優しく引っ張りっこ。背中とハムストリングがジワッと伸びて、20-30秒キープで心地いい達成感！
痛みを感じたらすぐに止めて！ゲーム要素を加えて、楽しくストレッチを楽しみましょう♪

【Easy and Fun Parent─Child Stretches at Home】
■Touch Everywhere:
Stand back to back so your bodies are nice and close, then call out “From below!”, “From the side!”, or “From above!” as you reach to touch each other’s hands. Add a little forward bend and gentle twists to stretch your whole body in a fun and exciting way!
■Seated Pull─and─Reach:
Sit facing each other with the soles of your feet pressed together, then gently pull each other’s arms. You’ll feel a nice stretch along your back and hamstrings. Hold for 20─30 seconds for a satisfying, feel─good stretch!
If you feel any pain, stop right away. Turn it into a little game so you can enjoy stretching together with smiles!
