- Welcome to Our Salon
Thank you for visiting our blog. We are truly honored to welcome an increasing number of guests from all over the world to our salon.
At our salon, we prioritize "Safe Procedures" and "Consistent, High-Quality Results" above all else. To ensure the best possible experience, we would like to share a few important guidelines for our international visitors.
■ Consultation & Language
Our consultations and technical explanations are primarily conducted in Japanese. While we use translation apps to assist with communication regarding hair history or specific nuances, please understand that there may be limitations in fully conveying desired styles or discussing potential procedure risks.
■ Hair Type & Chemical History
Hair texture and history (color, perms, straightening, treatments, etc.) vary greatly between individuals. Products and techniques used outside of Japan can sometimes make it difficult to predict how your hair will react to our chemicals. Therefore, based on your hair's condition on the day of your visit:
We may suggest an alternative service.
We may decline certain treatments to prevent hair damage.
■ Results & Expectations
While we strive to achieve your desired look, differences in language and hair history may lead to variations in the final result. Please note that we do not offer refunds or complimentary re-dos based on personal preferences or differences in expectations.
■ Punctuality (Appointment Policy)
We operate on a strict reservation-only basis. If you are late, your service may be shortened, or your appointment may be canceled to stay on schedule. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
