- Important Notice Regarding No-Show Appointments
- Recently, we have experienced an increase in no-show and same-day cancellation appointments.
When this occurs, the reserved time slot cannot be used, and it affects staff scheduling and the quality of service we can provide.
To maintain our service standards, we will be implementing the following policies:
・No-Show Policy
If we do not receive any message by 6:00 PM the day before, it will be considered a no-show.
Please make sure to contact us in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
・For Overseas Visitors
Due to frequent issues such as schedule changes and lack of contact during trips,
we currently accept overseas visitors by referral only.
When booking, please provide:
※Your hotel name
※A phone number that we can reach you at
Phone numbers are required for verification purposes.
Communication can be done via message ( Instagram DM, etc.), so phone calls are not necessary.
These policies are in place to ensure that we can continue offering consistent and reliable service.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
No-shows will result in future bookings being declined.
