- Important Notice Regarding Reservations
- Thank you for your continued patronage of Repose Nihonbashi Muromachi.
We have an important notice regarding reservations at our salon.
Currently, we are unable to accept reservations from customers who do not have a Japanese phone number.
The reason for this is that we have experienced cases where we are unable to contact customers in emergencies, such as cancellations without notice or customers who do not arrive by the scheduled time.
Treatment times are reserved for other customers.
Continued cancellations or lateness due to unreachable circumstances would have a significant impact on other customers and staff.
For this reason, we are forced to implement this rule.
Please note that this rule is not based on nationality, but rather on whether we can reliably contact you within Japan.
Customers who reside in Japan and have a Japanese phone number can continue to make reservations without issue as before.
We appreciate your understanding that this decision is made to ensure that all our customers can enjoy a safe and comfortable experience.
