This is TAKAHASHI from EL JEFE BARBERSHOP.
Today, I’d like to introduce a skin fade style with an up-bang (brushed-up) top.
A skin fade, as the name suggests, starts from completely shaved skin at the bottom using a 0mm shaver.
It feels smooth and clean, just like freshly shaved facial hair. However, just like a beard, it starts growing back the next day, making it a short-lived style. That said, it always gives a fresh and sharp impression.
For this look, both the sides and back are faded high with a skin fade, while the top is left long enough to spike up.
With a short style like this, we recommend using glossy styling products such as gel or pomade to create a clean, sharp finish.
