1. Focus on moisture with shampoo & treatment
Hair dried out by summer UV exposure needs its moisture and oil balance restored. An amino acid based shampoo paired with a moisturizing treatment works best.
2. Make leave-in treatment a must
Protect the hair surface with oil or milk to prevent dryness. Especially for bleached hair, using it both morning and night makes a noticeable difference in manageability and stability.
3. Scalp care to prevent hair shedding
Autumn is a season when hair shedding tends to increase. Improving blood circulation with carbonated shampoo or a head spa helps enhance volume and shine.
4. Reduce heat damage from blow-drying
Instead of drying quickly at high heat, use medium heat and start from the roots, finishing with the ends. Heat protectant sprays are also recommended.
5. Maintain hair color
Since color fades more easily during this season, using UV protection oils or color-care shampoos will help your autumn shades last longer.

高温で一気に乾かすのではなく、中温で根元から、毛先は最後に仕上げることで熱ダメージを軽減できます。
熱保護スプレーの使用もおすすめです。
